Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Ogden, UT is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to support MA on multiple programs. You will lead a team of engineers and QA professionals to ensure mission success and manage program metrics.

The role requires a BS or MS with several years in production, eligibility for a US Secret clearance, and a 9/80 work schedule with relocation assistance perhaps offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science with 8+ years in production or Master's with 6+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship eligible for Special Access Program clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of MA engineers and inspectors and review drawings and requirements.
• Ensure quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain Program Quality Plans and metrics.
• Support PMs with MA/PM requirements and PCAB activities.
• Manage program budget and cost accounting for work packages.
