Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Mission Engineering Operations Analyst to translate stakeholder questions into physics-based analyses and guide strategic decisions. You will design experiments with mission-scale simulations and produce analytical artifacts showing how Anduril technology delivers mission success.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers, applying rigorous modeling and data-driven methods, while communicating findings clearly in

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience.
• Proficiency with modeling and scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Experience with Platform MS&A - aero, fuel, and signature modeling.
• Experience with Payload MS&A - radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or LRF.

Responsibilities

• Apply the scientific method to develop model-driven analyses.
• Develop understanding of Anduril platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Leverage internal MS&A capabilities to gain analytical advantage.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal program teams and external customers.
