Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Mission Engineering Operations Analyst to translate questions into physics-based analyses and design mission-level simulations. You will deliver rigorous, data-driven artifacts guiding strategy and requirements, with demonstrations showing how Anduril technology supports warfighters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a relevant Science or Engineering field
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required
• Proficiency with modeling and scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, Simulink)
• Experience with Platform MS&A (aero, fuel, and signature modelling) and Payload MS&A (radar, EOIR, comms, weapons)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
• Knowledge of OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, EW, or Long Range Fires domains
• 2+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting (preferred)
• Ability to lead Operations Analysis studies from concept to completion
• Signal processing capabilities for track fusion and filtering

Responsibilities

• Apply the scientific method to develop model-driven analyses
• Develop understanding of Anduril platform value, autonomy, simulation, and perception products
• Utilize internal capabilities to generate analyses that provide competitive advantages
• Communicate complex technical findings clearly to internal teams and external customers
