Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company in the United States, seeks an AME OA to provide rigorous, data-driven analytical products guiding business strategy and requirements. The role involves translating stakeholder questions into physics-based analyses and designing experiments using mission-level simulations.

You will develop analyses, accompany demonstration events, and quantify how Anduril technology delivers mission success to warfighters, with emphasis on writing and presenting

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience (deeper experience highly valued).
• Proficiency and love of modeling and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Demonstrated experience in platform MS&A - aero, fuel, and signature modeling; payload MS&A - radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in written, visual and spoken form to diverse audiences.
• A working knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires

Responsibilities

• Employ the scientific method to develop model-driven analysis (and often the models themselves).
• Develop a deep understanding of the transformational value of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Use our advanced internal M&S capabilities to give our analyses and asymmetric advantage over competitors.
• Use exceptional writing and verbal communication to translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling summaries for both internal program teams and external customers.
