Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks Mission Engineering Operations Analysts to translate questions into physics-based analyses and design experiments using mission-level simulations. You will deliver model-driven insights, accompany demonstrations, and quantify how Anduril technology enables warfighter success.

The role requires extensive experience in science/engineering, strong scripting skills, and clear communication with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in modeling and scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Experience in Platform MS&A and Payload MS&A.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, EW, or Long Range Fires.

Responsibilities

• Employ the scientific method to develop model-driven analysis (and often the models themselves).
• Develop a deep understanding of the transformational value of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Use our advanced internal M&S capabilities to give our analyses and asymmetric advantage over competitors.
• Use exceptional writing and verbal communication to translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling summaries for internal teams and customers.
