Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Engineering Operations Analysts to translate questions into physics-based analyses and design experiments using mission-level simulations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce rigorous, data-driven analyses that quantify how Anduril technology delivers mission success to the warfighter.

You will communicate findings clearly to program teams and customers, leveraging strong writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, Simulink.
• Experience in Platform MS&A and Payload MS&A.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, EW, or Long Range Fires.

Responsibilities

• Employ the scientific method to develop model-driven analysis (and often the models themselves).
• Develop a deep understanding of the transformational value of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Use our advanced internal M&S capabilities to give our analyses and asymmetric advantage over competitors.
• Use exceptional writing and verbal communication to translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling summaries for both internal program teams and external customers.
