Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Engineering Operations Analyst to translate stakeholder questions into physics-based analyses and design experiments using mission-level simulations. You will generate clear analytic artifacts that quantify how Anduril technology enables mission success for warfighters.

The role emphasizes rigorous, data-driven work, rapid deployment, and strong written/verbal communication to deliver actionable conclusions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Experience with AFSIM scripting and modeling/scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Demonstrated experience in platform MS&A (aero, fuel, signature) and payload MS&A (radar, EOIR, comms, weapons).
• Experience with RF/EW/ECM/EA/C5ISRT/Counter Targeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply the scientific method to develop model-driven analyses; create or modify models as needed.
• Build a deep understanding of Anduril’s autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Leverage internal MS&A capabilities to provide analytical advantage and inform program decisions.
• Communicate complex technical results clearly in writing and presentations for internal teams and external customers.
