Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Mission Analysis Engineer to model complex space, cyber, maritime, and other missions using high-fidelity simulations of satellites, aircraft, sensors, and ISR systems. You will explore trade studies, build realistic operational scenarios, and develop new tooling to speed analyses.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility, with on-site work in a classified facility.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required with active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Willing to work on-site in a classified facility.

Responsibilities

• Model complex aerospace missions with high-fidelity simulations.
• Evaluate architectures and configurations for performance, risks and opportunities.
• Create operational scenarios capturing objectives, constraints, environments, and system behavior.
• Develop tools, scripts, automation, visualizations, and new simulation capabilities.
• Analyze large simulation datasets to extract trends and actionable conclusions.
• QA/QC model assumptions, inputs, and methods with engineering judgment.
• Present findings and recommendations to engineers, program leaders, and customers.
