Job summary

Twenty builds AI-native software for cyber mission teams. We seek a Mission Deployment Lead to translate field feedback into product decisions and ensure Twenty's tools are used in real IC workflows. You will work with operators, analysts, program staff, product managers, and engineers on site at customer sites.

You’ll own adoption, map workflows across planning, targeting, execution, and reporting, and lead onboarding and training for operators and targeters. Travel for engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as cyber operator/mission planner in the IC.
• Experience with complex cyber operations and field operators.
• Understanding of cyber mission workflows and intelligence production.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users, moving from demo to operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for operators and targeters.
• Build playbooks and repeatable workflow patterns for field use.
• Maintain field operating picture: users, workflows, blockers, requests, risks.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements and engineering context.
• Partner with product/engineering to test workflows and fixes.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion into other teams; mission adoption focus.
