Job summary

Twenty Technologies is seeking a Mission Deployment Lead to make our AI-native software operable for Intelligence Community users. You will interface with operators, analysts, mission owners, and engineers to translate field feedback into product decisions and ensure adoption of Twenty’s solutions in real workflows.

You will work on-site at customer locations, requiring an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and the ability to collaborate across planning, targeting, execution support, and assessment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber operations, targeting, or mission planning within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience supporting operators, targeters, program staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software and explain it to both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users, moving teams from demo/pilot to recurring operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution support, assessment, collaboration, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, training, working sessions, and enablement across operator workflows.
• Build and adapt playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns for real mission environments.
• Maintain the field operating picture: users, stakeholders, workflows, blockers, adoption signals, product requests, risks, next actions, value stories.
• Translate user feedback into product requirements, bug reports, and engineering context.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows, triage issues, and ground roadmap decisions in mission reality.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion; this is mission adoption, not sales.
