Twenty Technologies is seeking a Mission Deployment Lead to make our AI-native software operational for Intelligence Community users. You will collaborate with operators, analysts, and engineers to understand workflows, drive adoption, and translate feedback into product decisions.

This role requires strong cyber operations experience, hands-on training capabilities, and the ability to explain complex software to diverse users. Occasional travel and on-site engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as cyber operator or intelligence professional supporting real-world operational workflows.
• Experience with complex cyber operations across planning, targeting, and execution support.
• Ability to translate field feedback into clear product requirements and actionable items.
• Ability to explain complex software to both technical and non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Own mission adoption for IC users from demo to recurring operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution, assessment, collaboration, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding and training across operators and targeters.
• Build playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain field operating picture with users, workflows, blockers, and value stories.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements, bugs, and engineering context.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows and fixes.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion; this is a mission adoption role, not a sales role.
