Job summary

Twenty Technologies seeks a Mission Deployment Lead to operationalize our AI-native software for Intelligence Community users. You will translate field workflows, drive adoption, and surface friction to inform product decisions.

This role collaborates with operators, analysts, program staff, and engineers to ensure Twenty delivers mission value. You will own onboarding, training, and playbook creation, maintaining deployment visibility and coordinating with product teams to keep roadmaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a cyber operator, targeter, mission planner, or intelligence professional supporting real-world workflows.
• Direct experience with complex cyber operations that support operators and program stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain it clearly to technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users of Twenty’s products, moving teams from demo to recurring operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution support, assessment, collaboration, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, hands-on training, working sessions, and enablement across operators’ workflows.
• Build and adapt playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain the field operating picture: users, stakeholders, workflows, risks, and value stories.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements, bug reports, and engineering context.
• Partner with product/engineering to test workflows and validate fixes.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion into adjacent teams.
