Job summary

Twenty Technologies seeks a Mission Deployment Lead to make Twenty’s AI-native cyber products operational for Intelligence Community users. You will understand cyber operations, targeting, and mission planning, working with operators, analysts, managers, and engineers to drive adoption and surface friction.

You’ll translate field feedback into product requirements and help shape the roadmap while supporting demos, pilots, and expansion to additional teams. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as cyber operator, targeter, mission planner, or intelligence professional.
• Direct experience with complex cyber operations and supporting operators and program stakeholders.
• Understanding of cyber mission workflows and interaction with intelligence production and assessment.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain to technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with graph-based tools, link-analysis platforms, analytics platforms, or workflow software.
• Strong written communication; can translate field input into clear requirements and status updates.
• Bias toward ownership in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users of Twenty’s products, moving from demo/pilot to recurring workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution, assessment, collaboration, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement across operator and targeter workflows.
• Build playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain field operating picture: users, stakeholders, workflows, blockers, adoption signals, requests, risks, actions.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements, bug reports, and engineering context.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows and validate fixes.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion into adjacent teams.
