Radiance Technologies seeks an engineering leader to serve as Chief Engineer for a missile development and production program. You will own the technical integrity, airworthiness, safety, and system design of the complete weapon system, including airframe, propulsion, guidance, ordnance, and software.

Formación

• Education and extensive missile/munitions experience.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in missile, interceptor, or precision-guided munition programs.
• 10+ years in chief engineering/lead systems roles overseeing multi-disciplinary programs.
• Deep technical understanding of flight dynamics, aerothermal heating, structural loads, GNC, avionics, propulsion, and payload integration.
• Security clearance: active US DoD Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Hold final technical authority for design, architecture, performance, qualification, safety, and flight readiness of the complete missile system.
• Lead system-of-systems engineering and approve top-level SRS, ICDs, and system performance profiles across disciplines.
• Lead TRBs, FRBs, and ECPs to maintain configuration control and design integrity.
• Oversee mechanical, propulsion, avionics, electrical, GNC, and software aspects and their interactions.
• Chair FRR and certify readiness for live-fire testing; oversee real-time mission execution and post-flight evaluation.
• Advise the Program Manager and lead major milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and mentor staff.
