Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal.

You will join a seasoned team that designs, tests, and fields tactical missile defense systems, working with HWIL hardware, real-time software, and digital models to validate performance. The role emphasizes developing test cases, analyzing results, and documenting system behavior for broad audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field (degree substitution allowed).
• 3+ years of sensor and/or system-level data analysis experience.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) required.
• Proficient with MATLAB or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to develop reports and briefings explaining complex system behavior.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Join a team supporting development, test, and fielding of tactical missile defense systems.
• Work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software/hardware, and digital representations.
• Design and develop analysis tools; analyze missile defense system performance.
• Develop and maintain test cases to support software and system integration.
• Support activities including performance analysis, M&S, post-flight reconstruction, and risk reduction.
