Job summary

Auria Space in Colorado Springs, CO, is hiring a Software Engineer to support the C2BMC program onsite. You will analyze real data, contribute to agile stories, and develop algorithms to enhance missile defense capabilities.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI eligibility, strong math/physics, MATLAB, and C2BMC knowledge, with a focus on modeling large-scale simulations and threat prediction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 5 years of experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• DoD Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance at start.
• Strong analytical background for data filtering to predict missile threat states.
• Experience with ballistic missile systems, BM/C2 architectures, and related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real world data about Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness.
• Work on an Agile Scrum team to develop features mapped to program objectives.
• Develop and update algorithms and interpret data to improve threat predictions.
