Job summary

IDA's Science, Systems, and Sustainment Division (S3D) in Schriever SFB, Colorado, seeks a research analyst to support MDA analysis of C2BMC and BOA elements of the Missile Defense System in system-level testing. The role involves independent, technically rigorous analyses and briefing senior leaders across this program.

The candidate will work with government and contractor teams, support test planning and execution, and participate in real-world missile launch events with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with quantitative focus or equivalent.
• Experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data; communicate conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent, rigorous analyses of C2BMC and BOA performance.
• Support test planning, execution and assessment of MDS elements.
• Brief senior leaders and coordinate with government and contractor teams.
