Job summary

Auria in Colorado Springs seeks a Software Engineer to join the Analyst Team onsite. You will analyze real-world missile defense data and contribute to space domain awareness. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, you will develop features and evolve algorithms as new data arrives.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, a solid grasp of math/physics, and experience with MATLAB. The role supports critical national security missions and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience; or Master’s with 3 years; or 9 years experience in lieu of a degree.
• DoD Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance at start.
• Strong analytical background enabling data filtering to predict future ballistic missile threats.
• Experience in performance analysis and characterization of large-scale system simulations focused on ballistic missile threats.
• Knowledge of system engineering principles including design, development, testing, and evaluation for missile systems.
• Knowledge of BM/C2 systems, defense communications, and Missile Defense System concepts.
• Strong foundation in math and physics; experience with MATLAB for data analysis.
• Mission-Driven professional with a drive to develop cutting-edge solutions for national security.
