This working manager role combines hands-on responsibility with strategic oversight of servers, virtualization, backups, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance to ensure reliable, secure service.

The MIS Manager is responsible for the daily management, administration, and support of the Credit Union's information technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and support services. This position serves as a working manager, providing leadership and oversight to the MIS team while maintaining hands-on responsibility for core infrastructure technologies, including servers, virtualization platforms, backup systems, network services, cloud services, and technology operations.

The MIS Manager coordinates technology resources, vendors, projects, and operational support activities to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services for employees and members. The position is responsible for translating strategic technology objectives established by the CIO into daily operational execution while maintaining regulatory compliance, system availability, cybersecurity controls, and service excellence.
