Braintree Educational Services in Minneapolis, MN seeks a part-time Events Planner to organize field trips and events for our families. You’ll plan monthly or bi-monthly activities Aug–May, maintain a multi‑month pipeline, and act as the positive, professional face of BES at events.

Responsibilities include coordinating venues and vendors, tracking attendance and payments, reporting outcomes promptly, and collaborating with other teams to welcome new families by phone when needed.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic budgeting and math skills for event expenses.
• Ability to obtain background check clearance for working with minors.
• Reliable, proactive team player with strict deadline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Plan monthly or bi-monthly field trips or events August–May.
• Keep a 3–5 month event pipeline in advance.
• Prepare event details for the Events Lead and budget notes.
• Record hours and report outcomes to the lead on time.
• Collaborate with families and venues; assist attendees.
