Educational Media Foundation (EMF) seeks a Social Media Coordinator in Franklin, TN to support content creation, analytics, and campaigns across Air1, K-LOVE and related brands. You will write social copy, schedule posts, analyze results, and help grow online communities while coordinating with ministry partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in digital media/marketing/communications and 3+ years in social media or digital content roles, plus hands-on use of Adobe CC, Photoshop, and Premiere

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications or combination of education, training and relevant experience required.
• Minimum three years experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Experience managing brand/company social media profiles (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of creating photo/video content with Photoshop and Premiere Pro; strong social media apps.
• Strong analytics understanding driving impressions, engagements and conversions.
• Creative, resourceful with initiative in social media and marketing communication.
• Solid copywriting skills (AP Style) with ability to provide samples.
• Self-managed and able to work independently.
• Passion for social media and our audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail; multi-tasking and organization.
• Live-event coverage experience a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and as part of a team.
• General experience with other digital platforms (web, app, email) a plus.
• Collaborative and flexible with strong service mentality.

Aufgaben

• Suggest or write social media copy, schedule posts and assist with creation of photos, videos, live video and other content.
• Monitor, analyze and report on analytics to inform future content and social media campaigns.
• Improve and grow social media accounts by assisting social media managers.
• Aid and occasionally lead the content creation process for graphics, videos or text-only posts.
• Assist with the planning, management and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring close alignment with Air1, K-LOVE, Goodsource and other brands.
• Monitor the health of all ministry social media accounts and maintain their cybersecurity.
• Help administer social media management tools such as Planable and Rival IQ.
• Serve as backup, as needed, for web, email and other digital platforms.
• Support project management using tools such as Wrike and Google Drive.
• Recommend strategies and assist with placing paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor Air1, K-LOVE, Goodsource and other brand websites, ministry partners and artist pages to find relevant content to be shared on social media channels.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining flexibility, creativity and control over work projects.
