Educational Media Foundation (EMF) is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support content creation, analytics, and digital campaigns across K-LOVE and Air1 brands. This onsite role in Franklin, TN collaborates with the marketing team to grow audiences and optimize engagement.

You will write copy, craft posts, edit photos and videos, and monitor performance to inform strategy. The position emphasizes ministry alignment, reliability, and a strong service mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications or combination of education, training and relevant experience.
• Minimum three years experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing brand social profiles (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Strong analytics knowledge driving impressions, engagements and conversions.

• Suggest or write social media copy, schedule posts, and assist with content creation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on analytics to inform campaigns.
• Grow and improve social media accounts and assist managers.
• Lead content creation for graphics, videos, or text-only posts.
