Job summary

Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks in Franklin, TN seeks an Editor/Videographer to shape visual storytelling for brand and product channels. You will edit branded content across Live Events, Podcasting, Promotional, Radio, and Artist Content, and shoot as needed.

You will own post-production from first cut to final delivery, including pacing, color, graphics, and sound, while collaborating with producers and ministry teams to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in video post-production or related field.
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with social content portfolio.
• Expert-level in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Audition, Lightroom.
• Ability to edit for horizontal and vertical formats with strong pacing.
• Color correction, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics experience.
• Organized file management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit photo, video, and audio assets under tight deadlines.
• Turn long-form content into social-first edits for multiple platforms.
• Own post-production from first cut to final delivery including pacing and color.
• Mix audio for talking-head and interviews; develop motion graphics.
• Prepare final deliverables with platform-specific specs.
• Collaborate with producers and campaign managers on direction.
• Travel for events and shoots as needed.
