Job summary

Educational Media Foundation (EMF) in Franklin, TN is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to drive content creation, scheduling, and optimization across Air1, K-LOVE, and related brands. You will help grow audiences, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and ensure alignment with ministry goals.

You’ll bring a bachelor’s in digital media or related field and at least 3 years of social media experience, plus hands‑on Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and strong copywriting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications or a combination of education, training and relevant experience.
• Minimum three years experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Experience managing brand social profiles (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop and video editing.
• Strong analytics understanding and ability to optimize campaigns.
• Self‑driven, collaborative and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write social media copy, schedule posts, and assist with photo/video content creation.
• Monitor analytics and report insights to inform campaigns.
• Grow social accounts and support social media managers.
• Lead content creation for graphics and text‑only posts when needed.
• Support campaign planning and execution across multiple brands.
• Monitor brand websites and partners for shareable content; maintain cybersecurity.
