Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a Ministry Services Representative to connect with the community, answer questions, and assist callers with orders and donations. The role emphasizes compassionate communication and a commitment to sharing God’s Word through service.

You will manage customer records, process payments, and support team training, all while delivering accurate information and excellent customer care in a remote call center setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care by answering calls and handling orders, donations, and ministry information.
• Process orders and donations, including credit card payments, while following PCI standards.
• Develop knowledge of ministry resources to assist callers with accurate information.
• Resolve customer needs with professionalism and sound judgment to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database and collect feedback for leadership.
• Make follow-up/outbound calls when needed and support training of new team members.

Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a Ministry Services Representative to serve as a key point of connection between our ministry and the people we serve. In this role, you will provide product and ministry information, process orders and donations, and assist callers with questions or concerns while delivering exceptional service.

Through compassionate communication and attention to detail, you will help ensure every interaction reflects the ministry’s commitment to sharing God’s Word and serving others with excellence.

What You’ll Do

Provide Exceptional Customer Care:

Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and assist customers with orders, donations, or ministry information while building a friendly rapport with callers.

Process Orders and Donations:

Enter orders and process credit card payments accurately while following PCI compliance standards.

Support Ministry Engagement:

Develop strong knowledge of ministry resources, devotionals, and products to assist callers and provide helpful information.

Resolve Customer Needs:

Address concerns or complaints professionally and with care, using sound judgment to identify solutions and ensure a positive experience.

Maintain Customer Records:

Update and manage customer information within the database and collect feedback to share with leadership.

Follow Up and Support the Team:

Make follow-up or outbound calls as needed, assist with returning calls from third-party call centers, and support training of new team members when needed.

What You Bring

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience & Skills:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal communication and phone presence. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; Salesforce experience preferred.
