Job summary

His Mansion Ministries is seeking an External Relations Specialist to grow ministry connections, cultivate partnerships with churches, schools, and recovery networks, and expand awareness of the mission. The role connects people with His Mansion's work through active outreach and relationship-building.

Hybrid compensation includes housing and supplemental income, enabling a ministry-focused career with Kingdom impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrates Christlike character, a mature Christian faith, integrity, and sound moral convictions.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness and ability to travel locally or regionally as needed.
One to two years of experience in communications, sales, recruiting, public relations, outreach, ministry, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent and advocate for His Mansion at events, conferences, and other gatherings.
Develop new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with churches, schools, organizations, and other ministry partners.
Build recruitment networks for the Servant Leader Program and staffing opportunities at His Mansion.
Increase His Mansion's presence within recovery networks and local communities.
