Christ Church is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen HR across the organization, supporting ministry teams and staff. You will shape policies, build a thriving workplace culture, and partner with leaders to drive talent development and strong employee relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience guiding HR strategy, advising senior leaders, and supporting decision-making.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR compliance, and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR strategy and operations with executive leadership.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to strengthen teams.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and coaching.
• Ensure HR compliance, payroll support, and benefit administration.
