Job summary

The Evangelical Alliance Mission | TEAM is seeking a Church Partnerships Manager to cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with local churches across the United States. This remote role centers on developing strategies for churches to discover, develop, send, and sustain global workers while collaborating with Mobilization and Global Ministry teams.

Ideal candidates are spiritually mature, experienced in cross-cultural ministry, and able to raise 100% of their salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Spiritually mature with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and actively involved in a local church.
• Pastoral, church staff, missions, or nonprofit leadership with cross-cultural ministry experience is desirable.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Highly relational leader with experience in cultivating high-trust relationships.
• Self-starter with organizational leadership and strategic thinking to execute goals.
• Skilled communicator, comfortable with public speaking and workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree and theological or ministry training preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a biblical theology of mission and the Church’s global role.
• Maintain alignment with TEAM’s mission, values, and doctrinal commitments.
• Raise 100% of your financial support (salary and benefits).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive church partnership strategy.
• Lead efforts to strengthen church-centered collaboration and engagement.
• Represent TEAM at churches, conferences, and missions events.
• Equip churches to develop healthy sending cultures and missions strategies.
