Concord Church seeks a proactive Ministry Operations Lead to establish clear processes across ministries, coordinating calendars, communications, and reporting. This role drives cross-functional execution with minimal direction and ensures ministries operate consistently and with excellence.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and adept at turning vision into structured action, building playbooks, templates, and scalable procedures that support leaders and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, leadership, ministry, communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or ministry administration.
• Demonstrated experience building processes, documentation, calendars, or playbooks.
• Active, growing faith aligned with Concord Church.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ministry calendars and communications across teams.
• Track shared priorities and drive follow-through with ministry leaders.
• Maintain the Ministry Team Playbook and documentation standards.
• Translate ministry practices into clear, consistent procedures.
• Lead annual ministry planning and staff development support.
• Support leadership meetings and reporting for congregational and Elder updates.
