Job summary

You will develop and participate in key safety roles and programs within construction management while supporting teams on-site and in offices, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and overseeing the Project Safety Program.
• Develop site safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor construction projects for compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and help track performance metrics.
• Support safety program audits, coaching, and on-site training.
• Able to work in varying environments and travel or relocate as required.
