Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Mining Supervisor to monitor, control and supervise mining production resources to meet project targets and follow the Safety Management Plan. You will develop short-term mine execution plans, coordinate with the team, and maintain SHE programs to ensure ISO 14001, ISO 45001 compliance and zero incidents.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Geology Engineering, at least 1 year in mining, knowledge of drill/blast and dewatering, strong PM and reporting skills, and fluent

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in mining industry.
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities is an advantage.
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications.
• Good knowledge of best practices in Project Management.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail
• Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve production targets.
• Identify hazards and risks during operation and implement safety procedures per Safety Management Plan.
• Implement short term mine execution plans using the BMP process and provide necessary production parameters for short-term control.
• Supervise the performance of operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in shift-by-shift BMP processes.
• Coordinate with other mining teams and participate in regular meetings.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ISO-aligned safety standards and reporting
