Job summary

PetroSea seeks a seasoned Project Leader to plan, direct and control all aspects of the project in line with company policy, procedures and HSE/CSR standards.

You will coordinate engineering and construction activities, drive productivity, monitor cost effectiveness and ensure contract requirements are delivered. Fluent English is preferred; Bachelor's in Engineering required; 3-5 years in construction/engineering strongly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and synergize all project departments to align with productivity goals.
• Monitor operational excellence and control costs to beat project budget.
• Implement SHE programs and manage SHE risks per ISO standards.
• Identify potential claims and manage contract activities to avoid disputes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and CSR policies.
