Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a Production Supervisor for mining operations. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace, coordinating with contractors, and achieving production targets at the quarry level.

Responsibilities include data capture (SAP, EMS, blast reporting), supervising productivity, and implementing training plans to ensure safe and effective operations. Experience with MSHA inspections and heavy equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused mindset and implementation of training programs.
• Ability to resolve issues and drive corrective actions in a mining setting.
• Experience supporting heavy equipment operations and mine processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and work culture.
• Primary contact for contractors, truckers, and external personnel.
• Meet budgeted production targets for mining and stripping.
• Manage data capture including SAP inputs, timecard administration, EMS, blast reporting, etc.
• Oversee productivity and production efficiencies within the quarry.
• Implement training plans to ensure safe and effective work.
• Review shift turnover barriers and monitor corrective actions.
• Verify procedures and work instructions are followed.
• Provide feedback to maintenance to support operations.
• Ensure adherence to the production process and procedures.
• Execute Ore Control Program.
