Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of consulting engineering experience.
• Experience managing large projects ($200M+).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop market growth plans and target accounts.
• Support business development and strategic pursuits.
• Leverage industry expertise to identify capital projects.
• Provide SME support to engineering and project teams.
• Represent Jedson at industry conferences and associations.
• Mentor engineers and support succession development.
• Assist with proposal strategy, estimating, and client presentations.
