Job summary

Jedson Engineering seeks a Cement & Lime Market Lead to serve as the market-facing technical and commercial leader for the industry segment. You will develop client relationships, identify EPC opportunities, support proposals, provide technical guidance, and mentor others to build future leadership.

The role requires a track record in consulting engineering, managing large projects budget >$200M, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
12+ years’ experience in a consulting engineering environment with experience managing large projects ($200M+).
Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Proven project management experience with on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop market growth plans and target accounts.
Support business development and strategic pursuits.
Identify capital projects using industry expertise.
Provide SME support to engineering and project teams.
Represent Jedson at industry conferences and associations.
Mentor engineers and support succession development.
Assist with proposal strategy, estimating, and client presentations.
