Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to focus on keeping mining equipment in safe, productive condition at our sites. The role emphasizes adherence to Turner values, safe production decisions, and strong teamwork to support efficient operations.

The technician will perform pre-operation checks, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance while maintaining high housekeeping standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulatory requirements.
• 1–3 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service on mobile equipment and systems.
• Replace G.E.T and equipment attachments as required.
• Carry out minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance backlog repairs.
• Operate and support fuel/lube truck activities and fluid level checks.
• Support site leadership with safety ownership and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with training and audits as needed.
