Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable equipment operation and maintenance across multiple sites. You will participate in hazard identification, assist with MSHA/OSHA compliance, and collaborate with crews to improve safety and production performance.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to training needs, and a proactive approach to equipment upkeep. Travel to sites may be required, and a positive safety culture is expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements.
• 1-3 years’ experience in mining / heavy industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and control hazards with crew and leadership to meet safety goals.
• Assist with site training and regulatory compliance activities.
• Communicate with leaders and teams to drive improvements and near-miss reporting.
