Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Manager and Senior Safety Specialist and oversee contracted security services.
• Set health, safety, and security priorities, plans, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Drive risk management for mobile equipment, hazardous energy, electrical work, confined spaces, and process hazards.
• Oversee MSHA compliance, training systems, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Lead emergency preparedness, drills, and response coordination.
• Manage physical security, access control, and contractor safety expectations.
