Turner Mining Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support safe production at our mining sites. The role focuses on maintaining heavy equipment, performing inspections, and supporting safety initiatives in alignment with Turner Values.

You will engage with crews, led by site leadership, to improve processes, train staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires reliability, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• OSHA/MSHA regulatory compliance required or preferred.
• 1–3 years in mining/heavy industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Demonstrates integrity and reliability; maintains excellent attendance and safety records.
• Flexible and proactive; willing to adapt to daily duties and tasks.
• Openness to learning and sharing knowledge with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service on trucks and equipment.
• Handle GET replacement and equipment attachments.
• Conduct minor repairs and backlog maintenance tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and fuel/lube operations.
• Monitor fluid levels and marshal equipment as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping and safety housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA rules and safety protocols.
