• Strong academic performance with engineering fundamentals.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on learning at aggregate sites with production and maintenance tasks.
• Collect and analyze data to develop strategies for projects.
• Observe and participate in drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
• Support safety protocols and cross-functional collaboration.
• Present learnings to executive leadership at internship end.
