Bethel Lutheran Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part Time Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse. A sign-on bonus is available, paid over a 36-month period, with competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

RN candidates are preferred, though a suitably qualified LPN may be considered. The role includes completing MDS assessments, coding data for billing, and collaborating with the MDS Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to support resident care planning and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Active nursing license in North Dakota (RN preferred, LPN considered)
• Experience with MDS assessments and billing coding is desirable
• Ability to collaborate with MDS Coordinator and interdisciplinary team
• Willingness to participate in state surveys/audits and quality measures tracking

BLNRC is seeking a Part Time Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse. Sign on Bonus available, paid over a 36-month period. Competitive wages and benefit package included! RN candidate preferred, but willing to consider the right LPN applicant.

MDS nurse position includes completing standardized MDS assessments, accurately coding clinical data for billing, collaborating with MDS Coordinator and interdisciplinary team to build and update comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring facility regulatory compliance and tracking quality measures (QM). Participation in team meetings and state health surveys/audits are required. The ideal applicant will have a love for elders, be a team player, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask. Experience preferred but willing to train the right applicant. Experience with Point Click Care medical charting preferred but is not required. Must be currently licensed in the state of North Dakota or possess the ability to gain licensure.

Background check & drug screen required.
