Job summary

Knapp seeks an experienced Mini-Load AS/RS Technician to maintain OSR Shuttle systems at a healthcare distribution site near Harrisburg. You will service shuttle vehicles, maintain rail and mast systems, troubleshoot positioning errors, and collaborate with the site team to meet pharmacy order fulfillment targets.

The role requires 3+ years of automated equipment maintenance, experience with mini-load AS/RS or shuttle systems, servo drive and encoder troubleshooting, and PLC monitoring skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of automated equipment maintenance experience.
Experience with mini-load AS/RS or shuttle systems preferred.
Servo drive and position encoder troubleshooting skills.
PLC monitoring and basic troubleshooting abilities.
Healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution experience a plus.
