Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group is seeking a Mini Bar Attendant in Lubbock, TX to maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. You will work with the front desk and housekeeping to deliver seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and hotel policies. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, with possible certification requirements for TABC and Texas Food

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars, fridges and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Accommodate guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/front desk to ensure rooms are ready.
• Follow hotel policies and safety standards.
