Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group in Lubbock, TX seeks a Mini Bar Attendant to maintain and restock guest room mini bars and support hotel operations. You will work with housekeeping and front desk to ensure rooms are ready, while delivering friendly guest service and adhering to safety standards. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars, fridges and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure rooms are ready.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures and report safety concerns.
