Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Experience as a plant operator is advantageous.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery and process control systems.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process plant equipment including crushers, screens, conveyors and pumps.
• Adjust parameters to meet production targets and specs.
• Perform routine checks and report abnormalities or needs for maintenance.
• Conduct basic sampling and quality checks as required.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
