Job summary

ALO in Palo Alto is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, curated shopping experience. You will educate guests on products, brand culture and community, while driving sales and supporting store initiatives with a team-focused mindset.

You will warmly engage customers, maintain merchandising standards and assist with shipments, daily replenishment and store operations. The role requires physical movement and standing through shifts, including the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric, sales environments preferred.
• Ability to connect with guests and educate on products and brand.
• Willingness to move around the store and assist customers throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and guest engagement.
• Maintain an engaging, easy-to-shop environment and build client relationships daily.
