Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Newport Beach, CA to help achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission. You will educate customers about our community and culture and connect authentically with guests to create an exceptional shopping atmosphere.

This role requires 1+ years in client-centric retail, a passion for customer service, and the ability to move about the store throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Engage with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures follow Policy & Procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
