Responsibilities

• Influence store sales by leading ALO Flow initiatives and driving productivity.
• Provide an authentic, brand-aligned ALO experience for every guest.
• Engage customers to create an easy-to-shop environment with excellent service.
• Build client relationships daily and educate customers about our community and culture.
• Use leadership-provided reports to strategize and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Stay informed about store goals, launches, and initiatives shared by leadership.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model through personal testimony and knowledge.
