Job summary

ALO in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the brand experience, educate guests on products, and support store goals. You will engage customers and help create an easy-to-shop environment while collaborating with leadership.

This role requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and open availability 32–40 hours per week during peak season. Prior client-centric sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as part of a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.
• Understand and protect the daily schedule in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising and replenishment.
