Job summary

Alo in Westport, CT is seeking a Sales Associate to help achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission. You will educate customers about our community and culture, and build genuine connections that enhance the guest journey.

The role emphasizes product knowledge across features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care, with a team-driven, feedback-oriented culture. The position is part-time and requires movement on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Willingness to learn product education and store initiatives
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Constant movement and ability to stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Influence store sales by executing ALO’s Flow initiatives and goals
• Engage customers to create an authentic, welcoming shopping experience
• Build client relationships daily and educate guests about our community and culture
• Monitor reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and action plans
• Ensure floor coverage and execute selling initiatives across the store
• Educate guests and staff on product, store initiatives, and brand details
